Would you like to work in Saint Lucia (Caribbean) as project coordinator in Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy?

The Interamerican Development Bank (BID) is intending to acquire the services of project manager for “Support for CARILEC’s Climate Change Adaptation and Sustainable Energy Programming”

Project Manager will manage the various aspects of the procurement of the consulting services that will deliver the technical components of the project, the work of the individuals or firms that will deliver the technical components of the project and the project documents, logistics, procurement, outputs and publications. Project Manager will monitor project implementation and coordinate project activities to ensure that each component is implemented in accordance with the program objectives.

Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience in energy, environmental economics, environmental sciences, sustainable development or related areas are required, and a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the coordination and management of projects, preferably environmental/climate change/renewable energies and energy efficiency projects; knowledge and understanding of adaptation interventions to climate change; working experience in the Caribbean. Previous experience in working with the IDB will be considered an asset.

The duration of the assignment is 18 months.
