The AfDB is intending to acquire the services of experienced consultant to provide direct technical support on implementation of procurement projects and assist the Corporate Procurement Division.

The services to be provided under the contract are: necessary support to facilitate procurement of goods and services for the bank (liaise with the departments on appropriate terms of reference; prepare solicitations; respond to queries from vendors and customers on procurement matters; analyze offers received from bidders; constitute evaluation committees; prepare and submit recommendations to the Bank´s Purchasing Committee and advise team leader on all procurement issues).

The duration of the assignment is one year.
